Wight the recent release of the "Mint Leafs" Ronnie Fieg finally let to the surface a pair of kicks he let us see awhile back. They are called "Leather Backs" due to the leather back panel. The teal accents are put to help the shoe standout with added grey suede on the toe box. Now for the opinion they are better than your typical Gel Lyte III's but nothing compared to his previous work. Take away the teal accents and nothing about the shoe says one of a kind. Compared to its previous brothers before this shoe doesn't compete avaunt your top sellers from Jordan & Nike today. Which is something I feel is needed considering not many people know the Asics brand. Now maybe I need to see them on my feet but until then the opinion still stands..
